Methods
  • 1. To the gram flour add citric acid salt and powdered sugar.
  • 2. Mix it well. Now add water to it to make a flowing consistency batter.
  • 3. Whisk it well so that there should be no lumps.
  • 4. Keep it aside for 15 mins
  • 5. Now in a wok add water.
  • 6. Now to the batter add a tsp of oil. Mix it well.
  • 7. Add baking soda and stir it.
  • 8. Grease the tin with oil. Pour the batter and tap it.
  • 9. Place it on a stand in a wok. Allow it to steam for 30mins
  • 10. Check it with toothpick. If comes clear its ready if not allow it to steam for few more minutes.
  • 11. For seasoning add oil. Heat it. Add curry leaves chopped leaves and mustard seeds
  • 12. Add water and sugar.
  • 13. Once when bothe the things become semi cool. Pour the syrup.
  • 14. Garnish with coriander.
