1.
Soak ragi, barley,red rice,urad dal,chana dal,methi for 6 hr
2.
Wash poha and add to soak ingredients and grind to paste and keep overnight for fermentation
3.
Morning mix it very well add to it sugar and salt once the batter is ready
4.
Brush ghee to tawa and put one spoon of batter on it and add chopped vegetables, paneer,chaat masala,black pepper and ghee and turn once cook remove in a plate
