Methods
  • 1. Soak ragi, barley,red rice,urad dal,chana dal,methi for 6 hr
  • 2. Wash poha and add to soak ingredients and grind to paste and keep overnight for fermentation
  • 3. Morning mix it very well add to it sugar and salt once the batter is ready
  • 4. Brush ghee to tawa and put one spoon of batter on it and add chopped vegetables, paneer,chaat masala,black pepper and ghee and turn once cook remove in a plate
  • 5. Add to it grated cheese of your choice
