Hello friends today I am here with one of my kids favourite dish which they eat by heart they love it. It called "egg pocket paratha".as we all know that eggs are come with protein and we all really need it so I always make it for everyone.and specially for kids.with wheat flour it's become more healthy.so let's make it and just try it for ur kids or for family members I am sure they will love it too.

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl or plate add flour, salt, and take small small portion of water.
  • 2. Knead regular dough. Keep side by covering.
  • 3. Take 1 bowl, add 2 eggs in it, add chopped onion, green chilli paste, black pepper powder, salt, chopped hara dhaniya.
  • 4. Dhaniya powder,cumin seeds powder and mix it well.
  • 5. Now take dough, divide in equal portion make balls of it.
  • 6. Take 1 ball, roll it flat it just like a chapati.
  • 7. Now put tawa on medium flame. Keep paratha on tawa.
  • 8. Put flame on slow. Now spread egg mixture on upper side of paratha.
  • 9. On slow flame keep cooking lower side of the paratha.
  • 10. After 3-4 min fold paratha by upper side like pocket.
  • 11. Now flip paratha.and cook it atleast 3-4 min so egg will cook from inside nicely.
  • 12. Apply ghee on pocket paratha, make all paratha same as above.
  • 13. Serve with ketchup for kids or you can have it with tea.
