Ingredients For CHIKEN-DO-PEYAJA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Mix ginger, turmeric and chilli powder with yoghurt and beat it.
  • 2. Heat Ghee in a frying pan and fry it with half onion till it becomes brown and keep it .
  • 3. Then fry with remaining ghee in the pot with hot spices, bay leaves, sugar, garlic and the remaining onion paste. When it smells of spices, mix it well with curd and spiced meat.
  • 4. When smell will come from pan, then add chicken, mix with masala, add water, when water will start boiling, cover the pot. When the water boils and the ghee floats, mix jayitri and nutmeg powder in it and take it down and spread fried onion on top.
