Ingredients For Farali Pattice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes, arrowroot, and add some sendha namak as per taste. Keep it aside.
  • 2. For the filling: In a another bowl, add in all the chopped dry fruits, grated coconut, powdered peanuts, chopped dhaniya, ginger green chili paste, lemon juice, sugar, sendha namak as per taste, and combine them well.
  • 3. Once done, take the mashed potatoes and make round balls, then create a dent in it, stuff in the filling, then again seal them and make a round ball.
  • 4. Now coat or dust the stuffed balls in arrowroot powder and deep fry them, until golden brown.
  • 5. Farali Pattice is ready, serve it with sweet curd.
