Ingredients For Finger Millet Chapati Recipe / Healthy & Delicious Ragi Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly dry roast 1 cup ragi flour for 3 minutes & take aside
  • 2. Add 1/2tbsp oil, 1tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion ,2tbsp carrot, 2 chopped green chillies, 1/2tsp turmeric & saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • 3. Finally add 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves & turn off the flame & add this to roasted flour.
  • 4. Add salt to taste & mix hot water & knead to make soft dough.
  • 5. Grease butter paper with some oil & them spread the mixture with hands & give it a roti shape.
  • 6. Heat pan & add roti to pan & add some oil. Flip it to both sides & cook well & take aside
