Ingredients For Gathiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take besan in a bowl and add all spices and salt, mix well and added little water in it, mixture is ready.
  • 2. Heat oil, pour this mixture in a gathiya maker ( chukri maker)
  • 3. Pour gathiya in heat oil n frying it in medium flame, turn it nicely and frying it for few minutes.
  • 4. Take out from oil and ready to serve.
