Ingredients For Gavar Phali Kofta in Makhni Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1.
  • 2. Boil cluster beans with salt and turmeric powder in sufficient water so that beans absorb all the water. Cool it down.
  • 3. Mash boiled sweet potato and all spices.Add besan and mix it well.Make small kofta roundels.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Shallow fry till kofta turns golden brown.
  • 5. Heat oil in kadai. Add garlic, ginger and green chilly. Saute them till it turn golden brown.
  • 6. Add onion and saute till transparent. Add tomatoes and cook till its done. Cool the mixture and blend it in blender
  • 7. Put it back in kadai and add all spices. Cook till oil separates.
  • 8. Add cream and let it simmer for a min.
  • 9. Finally add koftas. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves
