Ingredients For Gravy paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mash potatoes in mixing bowl. Add wheat flour, ginger, green chilli, coriander seeds, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  • 2. Add 2 tbsp ghee and knead medium soft dough adding little by little water. Cover it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Take small portion from dough. Coat with 2 drops of ghee. Flatten out it. Apply some ghee and make squre or triangle shape.
  • 4. Roast it on hot tawa or pan with ghee.
  • 5. Now in another pan take some water and cream. Add chilli flakes. Let it boil.
  • 6. Dip Partha in pan for 30 to 40 seconds so cream will coat on it.
  • 7. Our paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy.
