Ingredients For Instant Dahi Bhalla Chat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add sugar to curd and beat it well. Cover and keep in the fridge.
  • 2. Take a bowl, add rawa, curd, salt, green chillies, asafoetida and ginger. Mix everything. Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix it very well.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add baking soda in suji mixture and mix it well throughout the mixture.
  • 4. Wet the hands with water. Take a little mixture in your hand and make round vadas and put them in the wok for frying.
  • 5. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Similarly fry all the vadas. Take them out in a plate. Take warm water in a vessel. Soak the vadas in water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6. Remove the vadas from the water. By pressing lightly with hands, remove the water. Keep them on a plate.
  • 7. Take a serving plate and keep papdi at the bottom of it. Place vadas on it. Now pour the whipped curd over it.
  • 8. Add tamarind sweet chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, cumin powder and coriander leaves.
  • 9. Just before serving, add sev. If you want, you can also add green chutney as per taste.
