For vegetablesIn a pan heat oil + ghee comboAdd asafoetidaAdd 3 finely chopped tomatoesAdd saltCover With a lid containing water and let it cook for 4-5 minutes till tomatoes turn softAdd dry red chilli paste (dry Red chillies soaked in warm water for 15 minutes and then ground in a mixer)Add jain garam masala powder

Now add the following vegetablesChopped cabbagechopped carrotschopped bell peppersboiled green peaschopped french beansAdd some more salt and red chilli pasteAdd finally blended curdsOnce again cover with the lid and allow it to cook till all the vegetables are cooked but not overcooked

Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutesLater remove this water and add the soaked basmati rice to boiling water containing saltCinnamon cloves, bay leaves,and cumin seeds.Cook the rice till it is 3/4th th readyRemove this rice in a sieve and keep aside
4.
Now add this rice to the cooked vegetablesMix well so that all the flavours blend with one anotherGarnish with coriander nd pomegranate.Serve hot with vegetable raita...
