Ingredients For Jowar besan chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, sieve besan and jowar flour.
  • 2. Make a flowy batter adding water little by little. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add salt, ajwain, turmeric powder and chat masala. Mix well.
  • 4. Add finely chopped onion and green chillies.
  • 5. Heat a non stick pan. Grease it with oil.
  • 6. Pour the batter on the pan. Cook on low to medium flame till both the sides become golden brown.
  • 7. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
