Ingredients For Kadahi paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a large kadai, heat 1 tbsp butter and saute bay leaf, green chilli,kasuri methi till aromatic.
  • 2. Now saute onion petals and cubed capsicum add turmeric and chilli powder.
  • 3. add blended tomato-onion paste and mix well in addition, add prepared kadai masala and salt.
  • 4. cook till the masala paste starts to release oil add ½ to 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required.
  • 5. add paneer cubes, cream and mix gently.cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 6. furthermore, add garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well.
  • 7. finally, serve restaurant-style kadai paneer gravy hot with garlic naan or chapati
