Ingredients For Kalamro -A sweet and curd rice recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the rice for 1 hr and then boil the rice with milk,Rosewater,salt,jaggery,ghee and a pinch of salt.Cook it almost mushy
  • 2. Let the rice cool completely
  • 3. Ass sugar and raisins to the rice and mix well. Adjust the sweetness as per your taste
  • 4. Once cool add the curd.Prefer using little sour curd here.Add the cream and make it into a nice rice amd curd bowl
  • 5. Now transfer into our serving dish and cool the rice
  • 6. Just before serving top with our slivered nuts,coconut and raisins and few rose petals.
  • 7. You can use fresh or dried any rose petals here
  • 8. Enjoy this dish as a dessert or a main maincourse..
