Luchir payesh is actually known as "Padmaluchir Payesh". Its a Bengali authentic dessert recipe where poori or luchi made with maida, stuffed with mawa-coconut mixture & serve with kheer.

Make a dough of maida, salt, 2tbspn ghee & required water . Cover it & keep rest for 10minutes.

Heat a tbspn ghee in a pan. Add mawa, desiccated coconut & condensed milk. Make a sticky dough of it & make it cool.

Now take small portion from maida dough & make small pooris. Take one poori, put 2 tbspn mawa mixture in the centre & cover it with another poori. Cut the outer portion & make your own design of poori.

Heat ghee & oil in a pan & deep fry the pooris. Once its done keep aside.

Now bring to boil the milk. Add sugar & dry fruits . Boil it till it thicken. Add pomegranate juice and switch off the flame.
6.
Take a serving plate now. Pour the payesh in it & serve it with mawa stuffed luchi.
7.
Make it cool in fridge ,dip the mawa luchi in payesh & enjoy....
