Methods
  • 1. First of all, put the poha in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with water. Now leave it in the sieve for 5 minutes so that its water gets squeezed out.
  • 2. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add peanuts, onion and fry it.
  • 3. Now add green chillies, curry leaves and ginger and fry it well.
  • 4. Now add all the vegetables in it and mix well. And fry it on low flame.
  • 5. When it is fried, then add salt and Maggi magic masala and mix it.
  • 6. Now add poha to it and mix well. Now add lemon juice to it and mix. Serve Maggi Magic Masala Poha hot. ....Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg...
