Ingredients For Makke Ki Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In steel thali, add wheat flour maize flour, fenugreek leaves, chopped green garlic stalk, carom seeds/ajwain salt. Mix well.
  • 2. Add little little water and blend into semi soft dough.
  • 3. Knead dough and divide into 2; equal portions. Make flattened balls. Roll each into round shape roti.
  • 4. Place it on griddle. After 1 minute flip, as brown spots appears on lower side, pick it up with tongs and put on open flame to puff up as brown spots appears.. remove from heat. Apply ghee or butter on hot makki ki roti. Similarly prepare another.
  • 5. Serve with methi sabji.
