Fajeto is a yogurt and ripe mango based curry that is tangy, hot sweet and simply delicious. I have added mango Kofta in to the Fajeto it's taste is simply superb.

Ingredients For Mango Kofta in Fajeto Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For Fajeto: Mix yogurt and mango puree. And cook on slow flame for 4to 5 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a deep pan and add mustard seed cumin seed.
  • 3. When seed crackle, add the green chilli asafoetida curry leaves and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add the curd mango mixture in to the above oil tadka.
  • 5. Keep it aside.
  • 6. For Kofta Mix mango puree, gram flour red chilli, Salt and make a dough.
  • 7. Make a small Kofta from it.
  • 8. Heat oil. Deep fry the mango Kofta.
  • 9. Our mango Kofta are ready.
  • 10. Pour the mango Kofta into Fajeto. Serve it with Roti and rice.
