Ingredients For Matar Palak Pasta

Methods
  • 1. Wash spinach. Remove leaves from the stem.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker add spinach and little salt. Boil it. Let it cool. Grind it to make smooth paste.
  • 3. Take a wok. Heat oil and butter. Add whole spices. Saute for a minute. Add chopped onion, sauté till it becomes translucent. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
  • 4. Add tomato, salt , turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook until oil starts releasing.
  • 5. Add spinach paste. Mix it well. Now add cream. Stir continuesly.
  • 6. Add boiled peas and pasta. Mix gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 7. Add water to adjust consistency. Check the seasoning.
  • 8. Tasty Matar Palak pasta is ready . Serve with Roti, naan or parathas.
