Ingredients For Methi Kadhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash fresh methi leaves and chop finely. Mix curd and all the masala and besan Mix well.
  • 2. Heat oil and fry chopped methi leaves as it shrink. Keep aside. Bring boil to yoghurt or curd masala with 3 cups of water. Stir continuously to prevent curd being intact.
  • 3. Add cooked methi leaves and keep stirring to get a thick kadhi.
  • 4. To prepare the tadka, heat oil and splutter ponch phutan. Add sliced onions, chopped garlic, curry leaves, and dry red chilli. Mix well with the methi leaves kadhi.
  • 5. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice and roti.
