Ingredients For Methi paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add washed methi leaves,wheat flour,turmuric powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder,coriender powder
  • 2. Cumin seeds,ajwain,chopped onion,oil and salt mix it well
  • 3. Add small small portion of water and knead dough.keep side for just 5 min
  • 4. Put tawa on medium flame.take dough divide in equal portion make balls of it
  • 5. Take 1 ball flatten it for 7-8 inches and cook it on tawa till get golden from both side
  • 6. Apply ghee or butter on it and have it with tea or achar or curd
