Take methi leaves chop it , now take bowl add full of water add 1 spoon salt , now add methi leaves, wash methi and now take out from water by helping steive.now wash with normal water and drain out extra water by steive
Now take anather bowl add flour,besan,salt,ajwain,turmuric powder,kasuri methi,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,curd and 2 spoon oil mix it well.coat with flour.
After mixing all ingredients nicely now add some luke warm water to knead dough.keep rest on for 10 minutes
Now keep tawa on medium flame take dough divide into equal portion and make balls of it
Now spread some extra flour on board , flatten balls as thin as u can
Place on tawa and bake it by applying oil.dont over bake it.it should be soft
Prepare all theplas same as above and serve with tea or achar
