Different types of parathas are liked by the North Indian houses. Today I have made mini parathas from fresh fenugreek leaves and green onions, which children like very much. They are very tasty and nutritious in food.

Ingredients For Mini Methi Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Knead a soft dough by adding little little water. Let it set for 10 minutes. Apply some oil on your hands and rub the dough again.
  • 2. Take a big portion from the dough roll a big roti from it. With the help of a cutter or glass, cut small parathas.
  • 3. Heat the griddle. Grease it slightly with oil. Put as many parathas as you can at once. Cook on a medium flame, applying oil on both sides and until crispy.
  • 4. The attractive, tasty and nutritious mini paranthas are ready to be serve . Give it to children with green chutney. They will eat it up quickly.
