Ingredients For MIX RAITA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add curd and sugar mix and whisk well. Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 2. Cut the onion and tomato in fine pieces.
  • 3. Take out the chilled and whisked curd. Add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds, tomato and onion. Mix all well .
  • 4. Now add chat masala, salt , cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix it.
  • 5. Transfer it in a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves, chopped onion, tomato and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle red chilli powder.
