Ingredients For Mix veg Poha coin paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take poha in mixture Jaar and make fine powder.
  • 2. Heat ghee in kadai and add garlic and green chilli. Saute it.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and saute it.
  • 4. Add chopped carrots and capcicum and saute it.
  • 5. Add sweet corn and water. Let's boil water.
  • 6. Now add poha powder and stir it till water absorb. Let it cool.
  • 7. Mashed potato and add in poha mixture.
  • 8. Add wheat flour and curd. Give it nice binding.
  • 9. Now take ball from mixture and coat with wheat flour. Flatten it on rolling board. Cut with cookies cutter to give equal shape.
  • 10. Pan fry it with help of butter. Our paratha is ready to serve.
