Ingredients For Moti pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cook rice in a pan and keep aside.
  • 2. In a bowl add paneer, cashew powder, corn flour and 1/4 tsp salt . Mix everything well and Make small sized balls.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry all paneer balls On medium flame. Fry till they turn light brown in color. Fry cashew nuts in same pan and keep in a plate.
  • 4. In a bowl soak saffron thread in 2 tsp milk.
  • 5. Heat Ghee in a pan. Add whole spices and Ginger- green chili paste and saute on medium flame for 1 sec. Now add cooked rice and mix.
  • 6. Add saffron milk, salt to taste, some fried cashew and paneer balls. Mix everything with light hands. Remove from heat.
  • 7. Now cover silver berq on remaining paneer balls. Serve hot moti pulao Garnish with Silver berq coated paneer balls, fried cashew and coriander, pudina leaves.
