1.
In a bowl with electric beater beat curd and grated jaggery for 2-3 minutes

To this add oil,milk,vanilla essence,beat with electric beater for more 2-3 minutes

To this add vinegar mix with spatula

Seive the whole wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda,to this yogurt mixture mix well with spatula

To this add cinnamon powder mix with spatula

Meanwhile preheat aluminium vessel for ten minutes on high flame ,then low down the flame for 5 minutes,don't put sand or salt ,water,just place a stand in it before putting cake tin
7.
Grease the cake tin with oil and refined flour transfer the cake batter in this tin
8.
Roll chopped nuts in 2 TSP wheat flour and put it on top of cake batter in cake tin
9.
Put this cake tin in aluminium vessel on stand placed inside and cover it ,bake the cake on flame little bit more than low flame,for 35 minutes
10.
After 35 minutes remove the cake tin from aluminium vessel
11.
Leave it outside on work station to come to room temperature for 2 hrs then unmould it
12.
Garnish it with chopped bananas ,tutti futti and seive icing sugar on it
