1.
Boil nutrela mini chunk in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Then squeeze the water.

Make a thick batter of besan, cornflour, salt, red chilli, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli, origano, kitchen king masala, chat masala & ginger powder. Add little water & make thick batter.
3.
Add baking soda. Deep the boiled soya chunk in it & roll it in bread crumbs.
4.
Heat enough oil in a pan & deep fry the soya chunk.
