Methods
  • 1. Avail
  • 2. Beat 1 cup fresh curd with wired whisk and keep aside.
  • 3. in a grinder, take 1 cup grated coconut, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and 2 to 3 green chilies (chopped).
  • 4. Add â…“ to ½ cup water and grind to a coarse paste. Keep this coconut paste aside.
  • 5. Take the vegetables which take a longer time to cook in a pan or pot. carrots, drumsticks and green beans (french beans) first.
  • 6. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
  • 7. Add 1 cup water and stir well and cook in medium flame
  • 8. Then add the remaining vegetables which take less time to cook. At this step I have added plantain, mangalore cucumber (field marrow), ash gourd and pumpkin
  • 9. Add the coconut paste. Mix gently
  • 10. When all the veggies are cooked and softened, then reduce the flame to a low. Add the whisked curd.
  • 11. Also add 12 to 15 curry leaves. Mix well. Then cover and let the flavors infuse for 5 minutes.
  • 12. Cabbage thoran
  • 13. In a pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • 14. Add mustered seed and curry leaves and green chillies stir until crisp
  • 15. Add onions and cook when onions cook add turmeric powder cumin powder
  • 16. Add the cabbage and salt and stir fry until just starting to wilt, about 1 minute. Put the lid on and let the cabbage cook
  • 17. cabbage thoran is ready in 7 to 10 min
  • 18. Beans thoran
  • 19. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. add turmeric
  • 20. Add crush garlic and green chilly well. Then add coconut and cumin
  • 21. Now add chopped beans and enough salt. Cover and cook
  • 22. Uperi
  • 23. Cut each banana into 8-10 pieces. Now, heat coconut oil in a pan over high flame and deep-fry the banana pieces.
  • 24. take a deep-bottomed pan and put it on medium flame, and pour 1 cupwater into it. Once water comes to a boiling point, add jaggery in the pan and let it boil together.make syrup
  • 25. Once the mixture turns into a thick syrup, pour it over the fried banana pieces and sprinkle a little cumin powder along with ginger powder. Mix everything well and spread on a tray and let the banana pieces cool down.
  • 26. Sambhar
  • 27. firstly cook pegion pea in coocker
  • 28. boil all vegitable in pan or tapeli
  • 29. heat a pan pour oil and when oil is hot than add mustered, curry leaves and red chilli and tampered
  • 30. Now add onions and tomatoes cook gently now add all spices and boiled vegetables and peegion pea together
