Ingredients For Open Cheese Toast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add Maggi masala , cabbage, carrot , capsicum, corn ,mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Mix it well.
  • 2. Take a bread slice. Apply 1 tsp sauce evenly. Spread mayo mixture on the top of each slice . Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
  • 3. Heat a heavy bottom tawa. Grease it with butter .
  • 4. Place the bread slice on the tawa with the mixture side on the top first.
  • 5. After 2 minutes carefully flip on to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from the tawa. Grate cheese on the top.
  • 7. Serve hot.
