Ingredients For PALAK DAAL PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida / hing and cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 2. Add boiled yellow moong dal /lentil and saute for 2 - 3 mins. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 4. Take a bowl, add wheat flour,boiled spinach and salt and mix well. Knead to make a soft dough with the help of water.Keep aside for 30 mins.
  • 5. Make an equal size balls. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  • 6. Flatten the ball into thick round paratha. Grease a pan with clarified butter / ghee and heat on a medium flame.
  • 7. Spinach / palak dal paratha is ready to eat. Serve hot with pickles.
