Ingredients For Palak pakoda recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast black pepper, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Transfar in mortar followed by garlic cloves. Crush it with postal.
  • 3. In mixing bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder and black salt. Gradually add water and make thick paste.
  • 4. Now add garlic paste, onion, potato, spinach and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Add cooking soda and mix properly.
  • 6. Take small portion from mixture and deep fry it in hot oil on low to medium flame till golden brown or crispy.
  • 7. Our pakoda is ready.
