Methods
  • 1. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan add whole red chilly, whole black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom, green cardamom, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry in a medium flame. and strain it,once cooled ,add some water and make a paste.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook in a medium flame,now add tomato paste and saute for few minutes.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well.
  • 4. Add fried garam masala and cook until oil leaves the pan.
  • 5. Add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled add paneer cubes and salt and cook for five minutes.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
