Grind coriander, mint, spinach, ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt and lemon juice.

Now take besan, curd, garam masala, chaat masala, cumin powder, kasoori methi in a bowl and then mix the pieces of paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato and put it in a stick

Now heat the oil in a nonstick pan, shallow fry it and sprinkle the chaat masala and serve it with mint chutney.
