Ingredients For PANEER PULAO RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pa,add cashew nuts and almonds and fry in a low flame,turn off the flame and add raisins and remove it
  • 2. Now add paneer cubes and fry till slightly pink and remove it
  • 3. Add whole garam masala to crackle.
  • 4. Add onion and saute till slightly brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • 5. Add carrot and and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 6. Add rice and salt and mix well.
  • 7. Add 2 cup of water,paneer cubes and fried dry fruits
  • 8. Once boiled,simmer the gas and cover it,after ten minutes turn off the flame
  • 9. Now paneer pulao is ready to serve.
