Ingredients For Paneer Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Divide the rice into 3/4 and 1/4 part . Mix yellow Colour in 3/4 part of rice And in 1/4 part red colour. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Shallow fry the paneer pieces. Give one boil to the carrot and cauliflower florets.
  • 3. Take a large pan , heat ghee. Add cumin seeds , bay leaves, cloves and crushed cardamom . Saute for few minutes.
  • 4. Add cauliflower and onion. Saute on medium heat. Add carrot and capsicum.
  • 5. In a bowl add 1 tbsp water and saffron thread .
  • 6. Add all dry spices and cashews. Mix it well. Add saffron water.
  • 7. Now add paneer pieces, yellow and red rice. Mix it gently with masala.
  • 8. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a serving plate. Garnish with fried paneer.
