Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl, add cottage cheese/paneer,boiled potatoes, sattu, green chilly, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, amchur powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste,fried onion, coriander leaves, corn flour and salt and mix well
  • 2. Divide the dough into equal size balls. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 3. Heat clarified butter in a non stick pan. Place the paneer sammi kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides. Serve hot with ketchup
