Cut paneer into cubes and marinate in yoghurt, and all mentioned ingredients except butter. Let it rest for around an hour.

To give it smoky flavour. Heat coal and take it in a bowl . Keep that bowl in paneer marination and pour some ghee over it. Cover the bowl of marination with a lid for around 5 minutes.

Arrange paneer cubes, bell peppers and onion in a seeker and charred it in oven for around 3 minutes at 180°c or grill it on a pan by adding butter.

When its charred sprinkle Chaat masala over it. Garnish with onion and lemon wedge and serve with mint chutney.
