Ingredients For Pav bhaji from leftovers cooked vegetables recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind onion, tomato and green chili and make paste.
  • 2. Heat oil in a cooker and add bay leaf and cumin seed. After crackled cumin seed, add onion- tomato paste and cook.
  • 3. Add ginger- garlic paste and cook on medium flame. Add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well. Cook till masala releases oil.
  • 4. Now add leftovers vegetables and mix. Add 1 cup water and Cover the lid. Give them 2 whistles.
  • 5. Remove from heat. After releasing the whistles open the lid and mash with spatula very well. Add 1 tbsp butter and mix. Add coriander leaves.
  • 6. Serve hot with pav.
