Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Masala Maggi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on low medium flame.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute till onion turns translucent.
  • 3. When onion turns soft and translucent, add in the chopped tomato. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Add in the capsicum and peas. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • 5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, maggi tastemaker, pav bhaaji masala and salt. Mix well.
  • 6. Add maggi packs and 2 cups water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • 7. Finally add lemon juice. Mix well and pav bhaaji maggi is ready.
  • 8. Lastly, top maggi with grated cheese, sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot.
