1. For Chaat you can use any chutney of your choice. 2. I didn't add onion, tomato and green chillies but you can add it to make chaat more delicious.

Ingredients For Phool Makhana Chaat / Foxnut Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in pan, fry foxnut on low flame. Foxnut will absorb the oil, so do not add more oil. Just fry it until it's become slightly golden brown and crunchy. Switch off the flame.
  • 2. Now in mixing bowl, take curd and sugar. Mix it well.
  • 3. Add fried foxnut, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, black salt, chat masala, green chutney, meethi chutney. Mix all well.
  • 4. Serve it in mini chaat bowls or in small serving plate, garnish some nylon sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves on it.
  • 5. Phool Makhana Chaat is ready to eat. Enjoy Makhane ki chaat or Foxnut Chaat
