1.
In a pan, mix grated fresh coconut,cream,whole sugar, ghee and then switch on the flame , mix this mixture on low flame properly till it forms a lump,then take half of this mixture in other pan

Then add stawberry compote, pineapple essence,yellow color in the mixture taken in other pan , mix it,

Now add grated almonds and cardamom powder in both mixture in plain copra paak and in the pineapple coprapaak
4.
Now mix both well on low flame till it leaves sides of pan
5.
Now first transfer the plain copra paak in greased tray and spread it properly with spatula,above it arrange the pineapple copra paak and spread it,let this come on room temperature
6.
Now cut it into pieces and serve it with garnish of golden silver balls.
