Methods
  • 1. Firstly, in a pan dry roast poha on a medium flame.Roast in till poha crispy & keep aside.
  • 2. Now in a large kadai 2 tbsp heat oil & roast peanuts to golden & coconut.
  • 3. Add 1 tsp Mustard,jeera,a pinch of hing & few curry leaves.
  • 4. Now add turmeric powder,powdered sugar & Salt.
  • 5. Furthermore; add roasted poha & mix gently.
  • 6. Your poha chivda is ready to serve & store in a air tight container.
