Ingredients For Poha chivda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy wok. Dry roast poha at low flame for 10-15 minutes until poha get crisp.
  • 2. Keep it aside. Now in the same wok add oil.
  • 3. Crackle mustard seeds , red chilli and curry leaves. Add daalia and peanuts ( skin removed)
  • 4. Mix well. After 3-4 minutes add all the spices.
  • 5. Mix well. Add poha. Mix. Saute for 5-7 minutes until poha becomes super crisp and slight brown in colour.
  • 6. Add sugar. Turn off the flame. Add fried potato chips.
  • 7. Serve with hot cuppa tea.
