Ingredients For Poha Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. for the filling First of all wash the poha thoroughly. Now soak it in water in a pan for 1 minute. So that it becomes soft.
  • 2. Sieve it in a sieve. Leave it like this for 2-3 minutes so that all the water gets squeezed out. Now grind the peanuts in a mixer.
  • 3. Now mix all the ingredients well. Now apply oil on your hands and make small balls from the spices.
  • 4. for kachori. Now peel the potatoes and mash them well. Grind the bread in a mixer and make crumbs out of it.
  • 5. Now add bread crumbs, salt, red chili and asafoetida to the potato and mix it well and make it like a dough.
  • 6. Now apply oil on your hands and break a ball out of this dough. And spread it a little.
  • 7. Now put the stuffing ball in it and close it well. And press it with your hands to give the shape of kachori.
  • 8. Now heat some oil in a pan. And add kachori to it and shallow fry it.
  • 9. Roast them on low and medium heat, turning them over and over. And make them crispy. ....Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg...
