Ingredients For POHA POPS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil potatoes and green peas
  • 2. Now take a big bowl and mix boiled potatoes,green peas, poha, and all the spicesMake sure it gets mixed nicely with all the spices.
  • 3. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves ,add ginger garlic paste.
  • 4. Now give a shape you want for pops i used heart shape cookie cutter and insert wooden skewers used for kabab's.
  • 5. Now dip into Maida paste slurry made for coating dip and sprinkle breadcrumbs to give crispiness and deep fry all in batches, make sure it gets fry from all sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 6. Serve with pudhina and coconut chutney or tomato ketchup. Best for evening snacks
