Ingredients For Ponk(Tender Jowar) Chewda

Methods
  • 1. At first crush the ponk coarsly
  • 2. Now take a kadai and heat the oil add jira, mustard, hing and curry leaves
  • 3. Now add ponk and all the spices
  • 4. Now add sugar and milk and cook it for 5-10 minutes on low to medium flame
  • 5. Now at last add ghee and sprinkle some coriander leaves
  • 6. Serve it with 3 types of sev(bhujiya) lemon pepper bhujiya, spicy bhujiya and palak lehsun bhujiya
  • 7. And also serve glass of buttermilk with it.
