Ingredients For Pumpkin halwa in Rose mousse recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, take a kadai amd add ghee in it. Now add boiled and mashed yellow Pumpkin into it .
  • 2. Saute it nicely, then add 1 cup of milk and sugar into it n cook it till milk and water gets evaporated.
  • 3. Cook, so that it leaves ghee. Add yellow food colour.This means pumpkin halwa is ready to serve.
  • 4. Now put this halwa in a silicon mould n let it set in refrigerator
  • 5. Meanwhile take a pan, add milk and rest of the sugar in it, mix it well, add rose sharabat and corn flour . Cook till it becomes bit thick. Now add essence.
  • 6. Rose mousse is ready .
  • 7. Take a serving plate, spread the mousse and demould the halwa. Put this halwa cups over the mousse. Garnish it with sprinklers and serve.
