Ingredients For Punjabi Butter Naan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add the flour and rawa. Make a well in between and add curd, sugar , salt, oil, baking soda.
  • 2. Mix everything with the flour. Make a soft and smooth dough with water.
  • 3. Cover the dough with damp muslin cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • 4. Take medium sized portion from the dough. Flatten it. Sprinkle kalonji seeds and make round or elongated roti.
  • 5. Heat a tava. On medium flame cook the naan from both the sides till brown spots appear and naan puffs up with air pockets.
  • 6. Mix melted butter and coriander leaves.
  • 7. Smear this butter on naan rigorously. Serve hot with dal makhni or paneer butter masala.
