Ingredients For Punjabi Style Aalu Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the potatoes and mash them very well.
  • 2. Take a large mixing bowl and prepare the filling mixture by mixing potatoes, green chillies, coriander, onion, ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices.
  • 3. Take a ball of dough, put it in the shape of a bowl, put 2 to 3 spoons of filling in it. Hold the edges and close it well. Now roll out the paratha with light hands by applying dry flour.
  • 4. Heat the pan, apply some ghee and put the rolled paratha and bake it on medium flame. After cooking on one side, flip the paratha. Apply ghee on top and cook the parantha on the other side till golden brown.
  • 5. Take out the roasted parathas in a plate. Serve hot with curd by applying butter.
